Materials

The Habitat ReStore accepts both new and used building materials and home improvement items that are in very good, useable condition.  We offer a limited collection service, and welcome drop-off donations at our ReStore Tuesday through Saturday 10am-4pm.   To get a better understanding of what we can and cannot accept please refer to our Donation Guidelines as well as items we never accept. Please be aware that all donations are subject to approval upon visual inspection by our staff, and that our ability to accept certain items may vary based on our inventory at the time of your donation. We reserve the right to change acceptance guidelines as inventory changes.

Drop Off:

You can bring your donation to the ReStore during our store hours, which are Tuesday through Saturday 10am until 4pm.
*Donations should be taken to the back of the store.

Please remember that items are accepted only at our staff’s discretion based on our need for the item(s) at that time and the condition of the item(s). See a ReStore donation attendant when dropping off items.

Free Pick Up's:

Email or call Diane (920)-967-8901 to arrange for our collection crew to pick up your materials.  Collections are generally scheduled up to two weeks in advance and are done weekly Tuesday-Thursday. Please note that longer wait times may apply during the busy building season. Please review our Pick Up Policies.

A receipt acknowledging your donation will be given to you at the time of the donation.  Your donation may be tax deductible, depending on your individual situation.  Please consult a tax professional or this IRS Document for details.

Fees

We do not charge a fee for most donations, however certain items are charged a disposal fee if brought to the County Landfill.  In order for the Habitat ReStore to avoid incurring those costs should disposal be necessary, we charge a Donation Fee as follows:

• Any item containing Freon: $15

Cabinets - Bathroom	Good condition. No water damage, odors or mold.

Mirrors	Less than 4' x 4'. No cracks, chips or breaks. *Must be framed
