Refund policy

All returns require:

  • The item that is being returned
  • A valid (original) receipt for the item being returned.
    • Within 30 days of purchase for household appliances and non-donated items.

Cash Sales

  • In Store Credit Only, we do not give cash back on returned items.

 Credit/Debit Card Sale

  • Balance due must be put back on card used for original purchase.

We will refund any overcharge that was our error on our part in the currency that was tendered for the sale.

Any exceptions to the above policy are at the sole discretion of management. A manager must be present during all returns.
